Bobby (Shanghai) Ltd. was established in October, 1994 as a merchandising concern for industrial components and spare parts. Based on a continuing growth we could already record an annual turnover of more than 13 million US-Dollars after only 10 years in business. Right from start the satisfaction of our clients has always been our primary objective. This also made a substantial contribution to enjoying a good reputation as an exclusive supplier and distributor of many considerable European industrial products.
Our main business is the marketing of all equipment accessories and plants of the metal processing industry as well as the sale of mechanical and electrical components of well-known European and American producers. In the future we would like to extend our business area to fields of other industries such as the petrochemistry, shipbuilding, port machinery and environmental protection industry.
To meet the needs of our expanding business and to extend our offering over further parts of China, we set up offices in Qingdao, Nanjingand Beijing . Though it’s not only our local presence but also the really good business relations that we could establish to many large-scaled local enterprises such as Baosteel, Anshan Steel, Jiangyin Xing Cheng Special Steel, Haier etc., which distinguishes us as an ideal business partner.
In order to strengthen the contacts to the European producers and clients and especially to offer even more attractive prices we finally established a foreign branch overseas (in Gemünden am Main, Germany): the Bobby Handels GmbH. This decision proved to be a great success: we were able to improve not only our relations to the manufactures but also our supply chain.
Because of the rapid development of the industry in China, we are now capable of exporting - besides the raw materials - industrial products and equipment - ‘made in China’ – in a reliable quality with a competitive price to the global market for the metallurgy, mining, petro-chemistry and environmental protection industry.
